OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor
The Cold Hand Halloween Game Night Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Good Talk LLC, doing business as Cold Hand (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 9, 2026, at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends on October 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
Sponsor's records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants must complete both of the following steps:
- Follow @coldhandgame on Instagram.
- Submit a valid email address through the official Giveaway entry form at coldhandgame.com/pages/halloween-giveaway, including agreement to receive promotional emails from Cold Hand as disclosed on the entry form.
Both steps must be completed for an entry to be eligible.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or Instagram accounts owned.
No purchase, payment, or other financial consideration is required to enter or win.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, Instagram follow status, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding a prize.
All eligible entries submitted before or after the announcement of the five additional prizes will automatically be eligible for all six (6) prizes. No additional entry or action is required.
5. Email Marketing Consent and Communications
By submitting the official Giveaway entry form, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Cold Hand, including product announcements, updates, special offers, and other marketing communications, as disclosed during entry.
Agreement to receive promotional emails is a requirement of the entry process.
Entrants may unsubscribe from future promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Cold Hand's marketing emails.
Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate the entry or reduce the entrant's chances of winning.
Sponsor may use the email address provided to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, notify potential winners, and coordinate prize fulfillment.
Entrants are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address.
6. Prizes
A total of six (6) prizes will be awarded to six (6) separate winners.
Grand Prize — One (1) Winner
One (1) winner will receive a Cold Hand Halloween Game Night Party Pack, consisting of:
- One (1) Cold Hand card game
- Halloween jack-o'-lantern balloons
- Hanging bat decorations
- Pumpkin-shaped beverage dispenser
- Black sparkle party cups
- Ghost-shaped candles
- Jack-o'-lantern string lights
- Spiderweb tablecloth
- Skeleton-print napkins
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $200 USD.
Food, beverages, alcohol, furniture, and any other decorative props shown in promotional photographs are not included unless expressly listed above.
Additional Prizes — Five (5) Winners
Five (5) additional winners will each receive:
- One (1) Cold Hand card game
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Each Additional Prize: $31 USD.
Total Approximate Retail Value of All Six Prizes: $355 USD.
Each person is eligible to win only one (1) prize.
All prizes are nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if an advertised item becomes unavailable.
Any taxes or expenses not expressly included in the prize descriptions are the responsibility of the respective winners.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Six (6) potential winners will be selected through random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawings will take place on or about Friday, October 16, 2026.
The Grand Prize winner will be selected first. Five (5) additional winners will then be selected from the remaining eligible entries to receive one Cold Hand card game each.
Each eligible entry has an opportunity to be selected for the Grand Prize or one of the five additional prizes, subject to the one-prize-per-person limitation.
The potential winners will be notified privately using the email addresses provided during entry.
Winners will not be publicly announced as part of the Giveaway.
Each potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of their initial notification.
Sponsor may require potential winners to verify their age, residency, identity, Instagram follow status, and compliance with these Official Rules.
If a potential winner fails to respond within the required period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or does not complete any required verification, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing for the applicable prize.
A participant is not an official winner until eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has confirmed the award.
8. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) additional prize winners.
All eligible entrants, including those who entered before the additional prizes were announced, will have the same opportunity to win under the selection process described in Section 7.
9. Prize Delivery
Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs for each of the six (6) prizes to one valid shipping address within the United States per winner.
Each confirmed winner must provide a complete and accurate shipping address within the timeframe specified by Sponsor.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during shipping to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
10. Product Use, Alcohol Consumption, and Assumption of Risk
The Cold Hand card game is intended for adults ages twenty-one (21) and older.
The game includes optional drinking-related activities as well as non-drinking activities. Alcohol consumption is not required to play Cold Hand.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and conduct when using the game or any other prize component.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including laws relating to the legal drinking age, alcohol consumption, and impaired driving.
Sponsor does not encourage or endorse excessive alcohol consumption, underage drinking, drinking and driving, or any other unsafe or unlawful activity.
By accepting and using a prize, each winner acknowledges that participation in game activities and use of party supplies may involve inherent risks.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or other consequences arising from voluntary alcohol consumption, misuse of the game or prize components, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activities by participants or third parties.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise its integrity or proper administration.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may, where legally permissible, select winners from eligible entries received before the termination.
Sponsor's decisions concerning Giveaway administration and winner eligibility are final, subject to applicable law.
The addition of five (5) prizes does not reduce, replace, or otherwise diminish the originally advertised Grand Prize. All eligible entries received before the additional prizes were announced remain valid and eligible for all six prizes.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliated parties from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected entries
- Technical malfunctions, website interruptions, or email delivery failures
- Unauthorized access to or interference with the entry process
- Errors in Giveaway-related materials
- Injury, loss, or damage resulting from use or misuse of prizes, except where liability cannot legally be excluded
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, communicate with entrants, send promotional emails as disclosed during entry, and fulfill prizes.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails.
14. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Instagram and Meta from claims arising out of or related to this Giveaway.
15. Winner Information
Where required by applicable law, information identifying confirmed winners may be requested by contacting Sponsor at elle@goodtalksocial.com.
Sponsor will not publicly announce winners as part of its standard Giveaway communications.
Any legally required disclosure of winner information will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
16. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Official Rules deprives entrants of any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.
